* The above rates do not include gratuity. If you would like gratuity to be added to the bill, please get in touch with us. We will gladly do that for you.
*Additional charges include tolls, parking, and fuel.
*Drives on Federal Holidays, as well after 3:00 PM on the eve of Federal Holidays, will be invoiced at a rate of time and a half (1.5 x rate).
*Flights that depart, or return, at the times listed in the illustration below, will be invoiced at a time and a quarter (1.25 x rate.)*
